Welcome to Orgenik Bulk. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order. In the event, if you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This Returns and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds of bulk orders placed through Orgenik Bulk. Please review this policy (“Returns, Exchange, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy”) for details on how we handle these situations.
For the purpose of this policy, the term “Orgenik Bulk”,"We","Us","Our", shall refer to Orgenik E-commerce Private Limited, and the terms “User","You" refer to the users and terms “Items” “Product (s)” refer to the products. The www.orgenikbulk.com refers to the “Platform”.
BY ORDERING PRODUCT(S) FROM THIS PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE POLICIES UNDER THIS RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY, SO PLEASE READ THE POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE POLCIES, WE REQUEST YOU NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS PLATFORM.
1) Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges can be requested under the following situations:
- Damaged Products: If the products are received with any physical damage or are broken.
- Defective Products: If the products are found to be defective in terms of functionality or quality upon receipt.
- Incorrect Products: If the products received do not match the items listed in the purchase order, such as incorrect quantity, type, or specifications.
- Expired Products: If the products are found to be expired upon delivery.
- Missing Items: If the order is incomplete, with certain items missing from the bulk shipment.
- Quality Issues: If the products do not meet the agreed quality standards or are found to be below the promised grade.
- Packaging Issues: If the packaging of the products is compromised in a way that affects the product quality or usability.
- Timeframe: Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving the order.
2) Return and Exchange Process:
- Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange for a order, please go to your Order History, and add the request, or by contacting our Customer Care team at help@orgenikbulk.com within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order.
- Specific Instructions for Returning Products:
- Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documentation. This helps verify the product's authenticity and ensures it can be restocked or handled appropriately.
- Condition: Returned products should be in their original condition, unused, and unaltered. This means no additional markings, stickers, or damage should be present on the product or its packaging.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure that the products are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Use appropriate cushioning materials to protect the items.
- Inspection: Be prepared for the returned products to undergo inspection upon arrival at Orgenik Bulk’s facility. Only after inspection and approval will a refund, exchange, or credit be processed. - Processing Time: The return or exchange process can take up to 7-14 days from the date of request.
- Supporting Evidence: You are requested to click photographs and shoot videos upon receiving delivery of products and unboxing them. This documentation will strengthen your request for a return, refund, or exchange.
3) Cancellations:
- Order Cancellation by You: Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please go to your Order History and go to the product you want to cancel, and click on Cancel button. The Cancel button will not be available after 3 hours of placing the order. If you wish to cancel an order after the 3-hour window, you can request cancellation by contacting us at help@orgenikbulk.com. Our team will review the request and determine whether to accept or reject it based on the circumstances.
- Order Cancellation by Orgenik Bulk: Orgenik Bulk reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing, logistical constraints, or any other reason. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund.
- Order Cancellation by Seller: The sellers on our platform reserves the right to cancel your order. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund.
- Cancellation Notice: If order gets cancelled, then we will send an email notification to you.
4) Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable Goods: Items such as fresh food products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
5) Refund Policy:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your request of
returns and exchange.
6) Shipping for Returns:
- Responsibility: You are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning products unless the return is due to an error on your part (e.g., used, altered, or changed).
- Return Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided by our Customer Care team upon approval of the return request.
7) Exchanges:
- Exchanges: You can exchange products following the return process. There are no additional fees for exchanges.
8) Policy Updates:
- Orgenik Bulk reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
- It is Your responsibility to read and understand this policy carefully and periodically. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
