For the purpose of this policy, the term “Orgenik Bulk”,"We","Us","Our", shall refer to Orgenik E-commerce Private Limited, and the terms “User","You",”Buyer” refer to the users and terms “Items” “Product (s)” refer to the products. The www.orgenikbulk.com refers to the “Platform”.


BY ORDERING PRODUCT(S) FROM THIS PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE POLICIES UNDER THIS PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING POLICY, SO PLEASE READ THE POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE POLCIES, WE REQUEST YOU NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS PLATFORM.


Payments Policy

Orgenik Bulk accepts the following payment methods:

2) Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details and a receipt. This email will serve as a proof of purchase.

3) Modification to Payment Methods:
Orgenik Bulk reserves the right to modify the accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice or consent from the user.

4) User Responsibility:

  • Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their financial information. Any costs, expenses, losses, or damages arising from the provision of incorrect payment details will be the sole responsibility of the user.
  • Users agree to be solely responsible for any costs, expenses, losses, and/or damages that may be incurred due to the provision of incorrect details or information related to their payment options.


5) Technical Glitches:
Orgenik Bulk will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered due to technical glitches occurring during a transaction.


6) Payment Disputes:
If there are any issues with the payment, you are encouraged to contact our Customer Care team immediately. Orgenik Bulk will investigate and resolve payment disputes as quickly as possible.


7) Taxes and Duties:
All prices of products listed on Orgenik Bulk are inclusive of taxes. However, any additional duties or taxes imposed by local authorities at the destination will be the responsibility of the buyer.



Shipping Policy

1) Shipping Areas:
Orgenik Bulk currently offers shipping to all locations across India.


2) Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and volume of the order, as well as the delivery location. Shipping charges will not necessarily display at the checkout. Our team will co-ordinate with you regarding exact shipping charges.


3) Delivery Timeframes:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary based on the delivery location and any unforeseen delays from the logistics providers.


4) Order Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. This number can be used to track the shipment status on the logistics provider’s website. Please note that tracking for orders with Orgenik Bulk may show a slight delay in package movement due to the special handling required for bulk orders.


5) Bulk Order Handling:
Given the nature of bulk orders, special handling and logistics arrangements may be necessary. Our team will coordinate with the buyer to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of bulk shipments.


6) Damaged or Lost Shipments:
In the rare event that an order is damaged or lost during transit, you should contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.


7) Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
